Kamaitachi is a Wind-property magic line attack of the Ninja that fires a sharp blade of wind which slices through everything in its path.

Overview

Kamaitachi is the Ninja's strongest single-cast Wind skill. It is aimed at an enemy and carves a straight line from the caster toward that target, hitting every enemy caught between them. Its reach grows with level, allowing it to cut through entire rows of enemies.

Mechanics

A blade of wind travels in a line about 3 cells wide and damages each enemy along its path once.

Damage formula: Damage = (100 + 100 × SkillLv)% MATK

Range: 7 cells at Lv1–2, 8 cells at Lv3–4, and 9 cells at Lv5.

Cast time: 1 + 0.5 × SkillLv seconds.

Effect: if the Ninja has learned Combustion Gale, each enemy hit receives its wind vortex mark.
