Quagmire turns a patch of ground into clinging mire that slows enemies and saps their Agility and Dexterity.
Overview
Quagmire is a ground-control debuff skill that bogs down anyone standing in its area, making it useful against fast enemies and to neutralize speed-based buffs. It deals no damage and instead weakens movement and the Agility and Dexterity of those caught inside. It requires Heaven's Drive to learn.
Mechanics
Casting on a target area creates a field of mire. Enemies standing in it move at reduced speed and suffer a penalty to their Agility and Dexterity for as long as they remain affected. The skill deals no damage.
Stat reduction (players): Agility and Dexterity are each lowered by 5 × SkillLv. Monsters caught in it are slowed and lose twice as much of these stats.
Movement speed is sharply reduced while affected, and the Quagmire effect suppresses many haste and concentration buffs. Higher levels extend how long the field lasts.
Leveling

Notes
- Deals no damage; it is purely a slow and stat debuff.
- The Quagmire effect suppresses many movement-speed and concentration buffs while it is active.
