Maximize Magic is a VortexRo passive that steadies the Sage's magic damage, pushing the low end of each spell's damage roll up toward its maximum so that spells hit for a more reliable amount.
Overview
Magic damage normally varies between a minimum and a maximum value with each cast. Maximize Magic narrows that gap, raising the minimum magic attack closer to the maximum. At the highest level the two become equal, so every spell deals constant, fully reliable damage.
Mechanics
The skill closes the gap between minimum and maximum Magic Attack by a percentage per level.
Randomness reduction formula: (20 × SkillLv)% of the gap closed — 20% / 40% / 60% / 80% / 100% at Levels 1–5.
At Level 5 the minimum Magic Attack equals the maximum, eliminating all variance in magic damage.
