Overview
Metabolic Surge administers a dose of Detrimindexta to the Creator's own Homunculus. The catalyst reacts with the Homunculus's biological makeup, temporarily sharpening whichever traits are natural to its bloodline. The effect only ever applies to the caster's own active Homunculus, never to the caster or to another player's Homunculus.
Mechanics
On cast, the active Homunculus receives a 90-second buff whose effect depends on its line:
- Lif — Healing done +15%, MATK +10%
- Vanilmirth — MATK +15%, ASPD +10%
- Amistr — Max HP +25%
- Filir — ATK +10%, ASPD +15%
Casting the skill without an active Homunculus does nothing and does not consume the catalyst.
Leveling
Metabolic Surge has a single level; it does not scale.

Notes
- The buff only affects the caster's currently active Homunculus and never the caster.
- Recasting refreshes the duration; only one instance of the buff can be active on a Homunculus at a time.
