Talkie Box is a novelty trap of the Hunter class that displays a custom message when triggered.
Overview
Talkie Box places a trap that shows a short message the Hunter has written when an enemy steps on it. It deals no damage and applies no status; it is a communication and flavor tool rather than a combat trap.
Mechanics
On placement the Hunter is prompted for a line of text. The trap then sits on the ground for up to 10 minutes. When a player triggers it the stored message is shown. Monsters do not set off a Talkie Box, so it reacts only to players. Each cast consumes one Trap.

Consumes 1 Trap per cast.
Notes
Talkie Box is used for messages, jokes and signposting rather than combat. It can be cleared with Remove Trap or sprung by Spring Trap. It requires Skid Trap level 1 to learn.
