== Overview ==
Vitality Serum mists a restorative chemical over the Creator and nearby allies, granting a sustained heal-over-time. The serum rewards toughness: the more VIT a recipient has, the more HP each pulse restores, making it especially valuable on front-line, high-VIT party members. The effect reaches the caster and party members nearby, and spreads to battleground teammates when fought in a battleground.

== Mechanics ==
On cast, the buff is applied to the caster and to allies within an 18-cell splash. While the buff lasts, it heals the recipient at a fixed interval (the serum's tick rate) until the buff expires.

Because the heal reads the recipient's own VIT, a sturdier ally is healed for more than a frail one from the same cast.

The total duration and the time between pulses both scale with skill level. The number of pulses delivered equals the duration divided by the tick interval: at every level this works out to ten pulses over the buff's lifetime.

* Reaches the caster and nearby party members; in a battleground it spreads to allied teammates instead.
