Thank you for helping improve the Vortex Legends Wiki! This page explains how we write and organise content.

Style guidelines

• Write for players, not developers. Explain what something does and how to use it, not how it is coded.
• Use clear, simple English.
• Keep a neutral, helpful tone.
• Prefer short paragraphs, bullet lists and tables over long blocks of text.
• Add every page to a relevant category.

Page structure

1. Start with a one-sentence summary of the topic in bold.
2. Use section headings (== Heading ==) to break up content.
3. Link related pages with double brackets, e.g. [[Game Systems]].
4. End the page with the appropriate [[Category:...]] tag.

Do not

• Do not paste source code, server configuration files or database contents.
• Do not share private or staff-only information.
