Lightning Loader endows an ally's weapon with the Wind property for a long duration.
Overview
Lightning Loader is one of the Sage's four elemental weapon endows. It charges the target's weapon with lightning, turning its attacks into Wind-property hits and lending a small boost to Wind magic. It is cast on yourself or on a party or guild member and lasts for several minutes. It cannot be used on an unarmed (bare-fist) target.
Mechanics
The endow changes the target's weapon element to Wind and grants a bonus to Wind-property magic equal to the skill level. While active, the recipient's normal attacks deal Wind damage.
The buff lasts 10 minutes at level 1, 20 minutes at level 2, and 30 minutes at level 3. It is a supportive skill and deals no damage.

Notes
