Thank you for helping improve the Vortex Legends Wiki! This page explains how we write and organise content.
Style guidelines
- Write for players, not developers. Explain what something does and how to use it, not how it is coded.
- Use clear, simple English.
- Keep a neutral, helpful tone.
- Prefer short paragraphs, bullet lists and tables over long blocks of text.
- Add every page to a relevant category.
Page structure
- Start with a one-sentence summary of the topic in bold.
- Use section headings (
== Heading ==) to break up content. - Link related pages with double brackets, e.g. [[Game Systems]].
- End the page with the appropriate [[Category:...]] tag.
Do not
- Do not paste source code, server configuration files or database contents.
- Do not share private or staff-only information.
