Overview
Loki's Lament recites a disquieting curse over a single enemy, with a chance to inflict Loki's Veil. A cursed target frequently fails when it attempts to use a skill. The skill is exclusive to the Dancer and can be used even while she is performing a dance.
Mechanics
On a successful application the target is afflicted with Loki's Veil for its full duration. The victim's Luck resists the curse: each point of the target's Luck lowers both the chance to inflict it and its duration by 1%.
- Loki's Veil chance: (20 + 6 × SkillLv)%
- Effect: the cursed target has a high chance to fail while using skills.
- Loki's Veil can be cleared by Blessing.
