Silentium invokes divine authority to silence every enemy around the caster.
Overview
Silentium is a self-centered area skill that applies Silence to all enemies caught within range, shutting down their spellcasting. The affected area grows with skill level, while a cooldown limits how often it can be used.
Mechanics
On cast, every enemy inside the area is struck with Silence for 60 seconds. Cast time and cooldown both increase with level, and the area widens at higher levels.
