Suffragium is a supportive Priest buff that shortens the casting time of the target's spells for a limited window.
Overview
Suffragium speeds up the next spells cast by an ally, letting a caster fire off skills faster while the buff is active. It can be cast on a party member or on the Priest themselves. The buff lasts until its timer expires, so the target may benefit from it across several casts rather than losing it after a single spell.
Mechanics
While Suffragium is active, the target's variable casting time is reduced by a percentage that scales with the skill level:
Cast time reduction = 10% × SkillLv
This gives a reduction of 10%, 20% or 30% at levels 1 through 3. Note that the buff's duration becomes shorter at higher levels, trading a larger speed boost for a smaller window of use.
Suffragium and the Slow Cast status cannot coexist on the same target. Applying one removes the other.
