Elemental Change (Earth) forces a monster's defensive element to Earth.
Overview
Elemental Change (Earth) is one of the four Sage Elemental Change spells. It rewrites a monster's natural element to Earth for a long duration, letting you set up a target to be weak to the elements that Earth is vulnerable to (such as Fire). It works only on monsters and deals no damage.
Mechanics
The spell changes the target monster's defensive element to Earth for the duration. It cannot be used on players, and it fails against status-immune monsters (such as boss-class enemies). The element change lasts 30 minutes.
