The Ring of Nibelungen is the Gypsy's own solo dance, the performer's counterpart to the Clown's Wand of Hermode. While it plays, allies gathered around the Gypsy strike harder with elemental attacks.
Overview
The Gypsy performs a lasting dance centered on herself. Every ally standing in the area is wrapped in the Ring's blessing, amplifying the damage of their elemental strikes. The dance requires a Whip and lingers on those who step away, letting a group keep the bonus while repositioning.
Mechanics
While the dance is active, allies within a 7×7 area around the Gypsy deal increased damage with Fire, Water, Wind and Earth attacks. The bonus applies to both physical and magical damage of those four elements.
- Damage bonus = 5 × skill level % (Lv1 +5%, Lv2 +10%, Lv3 +15%)
Attacks of other elements (Neutral, Holy, Shadow, Ghost, Poison, Undead) are not affected.
An ally who leaves the area keeps the bonus for 1 more minute before it fades. The dance itself lasts up to 3 minutes and drains 1 SP from the Gypsy every 5 seconds while it plays. It ends immediately if the Gypsy changes maps.
Leveling
| Level | SP cost | Elemental damage bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 40 | +5% |
| 2 | 45 | +10% |
| 3 | 50 | +15% |
Requirements
Requires Service For You Lv3 and a Whip equipped to perform.
Notes
- The dance affects allies only; it does not empower enemies.
- Only elemental (Fire, Water, Wind, Earth) attacks benefit. Neutral attacks gain nothing.
- Changing maps cancels the dance.
