Flame Launcher endows an ally's weapon with the Fire property for a long duration.
Overview
Flame Launcher is one of the Sage's four elemental weapon endows. It coats the target's weapon in flame, turning its physical attacks into Fire-property hits. It is cast on yourself or on a party or guild member and lasts for several minutes. It cannot be used on an unarmed (bare-fist) target.
Mechanics
The endow changes the target's weapon attack element to Fire. While active, the recipient's normal attacks deal Fire damage. It does not change or boost the recipient's magic in any way: only the weapon's attack property is affected.
The buff lasts 10 minutes at level 1, 20 minutes at level 2, and 30 minutes at level 3. It is a supportive skill and deals no damage.

Notes
- The target must have a weapon equipped; it fails on a bare-handed target.
- Only one weapon element may be active at a time; a new elemental endow replaces the previous one.
