Piercing Arrow is a hard-hitting single-target bow attack available to the Archer class.
Overview
Piercing Arrow drives a single powerful shot through a target, partially ignoring its defense. It trades the rapid spam of Double Strafe for a heavier per-shot punch, making it a strong choice against tougher, well-armored enemies.
Mechanics
The skill requires a bow and consumes 1 arrow per cast, with a short 0.75-second cast time. It deals weapon-element damage, can land critical hits, and bypasses 50% of the target's defense, so it stays effective against high-defense foes. SP cost is a flat 14, and its range is extended by Vulture's Eye.
Damage formula: 75 + 25 × SkillLv (% of weapon ATK)
Leveling
| Level | Damage | SP |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 100% | 14 |
| 5 | 200% | 14 |
| 10 | 350% | 14 |
Notes
The 50% defense bypass and critical capability make it the Archer's best single-target burst against armored targets. The damage values follow the pre-renewal formula used here.
