Create Elemental Converter opens the Sage's crafting list for elemental converters — single-use items that temporarily endow a weapon with an element.
Overview
This active skill brings up a production menu listing the four elemental converters the Sage can make: Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. Selecting one crafts it from the required materials. The finished converters can later be used to give a weapon an elemental attack property for a short time.
Mechanics
Casting the skill displays the converter crafting list. Each converter has its own material requirements, which are consumed when it is crafted; the skill itself only costs SP to open the list. Crafting always succeeds as long as the materials are present.
Every recipe uses 1 Blank Scroll plus a single element stone:
- Fire Elemental Converter — 1 Blank Scroll + 1 Red Blood
- Water Elemental Converter — 1 Blank Scroll + 1 Crystal Blue
- Earth Elemental Converter — 1 Blank Scroll + 1 Green Live
- Wind Elemental Converter — 1 Blank Scroll + 1 Wind of Verdure
Catalysts and requirements
The skill is unlocked through a quest. Each converter consumes its own materials as listed above; the skill costs 30 SP to open the crafting list.
