Owl's Eye is a passive stat-boosting skill available to the Archer class.

Overview

Owl's Eye permanently increases the Archer's DEX. Since DEX governs an Archer's hit rate, attack power with bows, and cast time, this is one of the most cost-efficient early investments for any bow user.

Mechanics

While learned, the skill grants a flat bonus to DEX equal to its level. The bonus is always active and requires no activation, SP, or weapon. It stacks with all other DEX sources.

DEX bonus: +SkillLv

Leveling

Level DEX bonus SP
1 +1 0
5 +5 0
10 +10 0

Notes

Owl's Eye is the gateway to Vulture's Eye (which requires Owl's Eye level 3) and, through it, Improve Concentration. Most builds max it early for the immediate hit, damage, and cast-time benefits.
