Status Recovery is a supportive Priest skill that cleanses crippling body ailments from an ally and disrupts a monster's focus.
Overview
Status Recovery is the Priest's answer to the disabling effects that lock a character in place. With a single cast it removes the most dangerous movement and action ailments from a friendly target. Against monsters it behaves differently depending on whether the target is undead.
Mechanics
The skill is cast instantly and has a short recovery before the Priest can act again. Its effect depends on the target.
On a non-undead target it removes the following ailments: Frozen, Freezing, Stone Curse, Stun, Sleep, Slow Casting and Burning. Clearing these effects also resets a monster, causing it to lose its current target and return to an idle state.
On an undead target it does not cleanse ailments. Instead it has a chance to inflict Blind, which lasts up to 30 seconds.
Regardless of the target's race, the skill also lifts a small set of special restraining effects that prevent natural recovery.
