Cart Modification is a passive skill of the Merchant class that upgrades the Pushcart.
Overview
Cart Modification reinforces your cart, giving it more storage and turning Cart Revolution into a crowd-control tool by adding a Slow effect to it.
Mechanics
Each level provides two benefits:
Cart weight: +400 × SkillLv
Slow chance on Cart Revolution: 5 × SkillLv%
At level 5 that is +2000 cart weight and a 25% chance for Cart Revolution to inflict Slow on the enemies it hits.

Requirements
Requires Cart Revolution at level 2.
Notes
Cart Modification is also the prerequisite for Cart Boost (level 2), so cart-focused Merchants invest in it both for the storage and to unlock their mobility buff.
