Thunder Storm summons a storm that rains lightning repeatedly over a 5×5 area, striking all enemies caught within it.

== Overview ==
Thunder Storm is the Mage's Wind-element area attack, excellent against Water- and Flying-element packs. It calls down repeated lightning strikes over the targeted ground, dealing Wind magic damage to every enemy in the zone.

== Mechanics ==
The storm hits the targeted 5×5 area. On this pre-renewal server the per-strike skill ratio is reduced by 20 points from the renewal value, giving the classic pre-renewal output.

Damage formula: Damage = 80 × SkillLv (% of MATK).

So damage scales from 80% at Lv 1 to 800% at Lv 10 (spread over the storm's strikes against each enemy in the area).
