Thermal Haze is the Fire-to-Water link in the Ninja's elemental haze chain. Whenever the Ninja lands a Fire skill, a short-lived haze is applied to the target. While that haze is active, the same Ninja's Water magic deals increased damage to the affected target. The skill deals no damage of its own.
