== Overview ==

The Assassin is the only class able to wield a weapon in each hand, but dual wielding normally comes at a cost: the right-hand weapon deals reduced damage. Right-Hand Mastery trains that hand back up, removing the penalty as the skill is leveled and letting a dual-wielding Assassin hit at full strength.

== Mechanics ==

While dual wielding, normal attacks apply a damage penalty to the right-hand weapon. Right-Hand Mastery recovers that lost damage.
