Poem of Bragi is one of the most prized support songs in the game. It shortens both the cast time and the after-cast delay of party members in the song's area, letting casters chain spells far more quickly. Like all songs it drains SP each second, slows the Bard's movement, and fades shortly after the party leaves the area or the Bard changes maps.
