== Overview ==

The Stalker casts One-Hand Quicken with a dagger equipped. While the buff is active, it grants both an attack-speed boost and a Flee bonus, but only while the Stalker is wielding a one-handed dagger, sword or axe. Switch to any other weapon and the bonus stops applying until an eligible one-handed weapon is equipped again.

While One-Hand Quicken is active and a one-handed dagger, sword or axe is equipped:
