==Overview==<br />
Lex Divina inflicts Silence on a single enemy, preventing it from using skills. It can also be used to cleanse Silence from a unit that is already affected.<br />
<br />
==Mechanics==<br />
Cast on an enemy, the skill applies Silence for 60 seconds. A silenced target cannot use skills until the effect wears off.<br />
<br />
If the skill is cast on a unit that is already silenced, it instead removes the Silence. The effect resolves a moment after the cast completes.<br />
