== Overview ==
Kyrie Eleison is one of the Priest's core protective tools. It surrounds an ally, or the Priest, with a shield that soaks up physical damage based on the target's maximum HP and blocks a set number of hits. It is widely used to keep front-line members alive and to protect vulnerable allies in dangerous situations.

== Mechanics ==
When cast, the barrier stores an amount of protection tied to the target's maximum HP, and it can withstand a limited number of hits before breaking. The barrier ends as soon as either limit is reached.

Damage absorbed = Max HP × (10 + 2 × SkillLv)%
Hits blocked = 5 + (SkillLv ÷ 2)

At the maximum level the barrier absorbs up to 30% of the target's maximum HP and blocks 10 hits. Each blocked physical hit reduces the remaining absorption pool; once the pool is empty or all the hits are spent, the shield disappears.

Magic attacks pierce the barrier and are not blocked. The buff otherwise lasts up to 120 seconds.
