Hydro Gale is the Water-to-Wind link in the Ninja's elemental haze chain, and the only haze that grants two benefits at once. Whenever the Ninja lands a Water skill, a short-lived haze is applied to the target. While that haze is active, the same Ninja's Wind magic deals more damage and casts faster against the affected target. The skill deals no damage of its own.
