== Overview ==
Devotion is the signature protective skill of the Crusader. By linking to an ally, the Crusader intercepts every hit aimed at that ally, absorbing the damage in their place. Higher skill levels allow more allies to be linked at once. It can only be used on party members.

While linked, all damage that would hit the ally is redirected to the Crusader. The link breaks if the ally dies, or moves more than 11 cells away from the Crusader. The base level difference between the Crusader and the targeted ally may be at most 15 levels. Several of the Crusader's own defensive buffs are extended to devoted allies while linked.

== Leveling ==
Each level adds one more simultaneous link and extends the duration. A maxed Devotion protects up to five allies for two minutes.

== Notes ==
Devotion cannot target another Crusader. SP cost is the same at every level. It requires Auto Guard and Providence as prerequisites.
