'''Create Deadly Poison''' is a brewing skill of the [[Assassin Cross]] used to distill a bottle of Deadly Poison, the catalyst required by [[Enchant Deadly Poison]]. Reworked on Vortex Legends with a fixed success rate.

== Overview ==
Each cast attempts to brew one Deadly Poison bottle from a set of venomous ingredients. On Vortex Legends the success rate is a flat 90%, independent of stats, so brewing no longer requires a dedicated DEX or LUK build. A failed attempt consumes the materials and wounds the brewer, dealing damage equal to a quarter of their Max HP.
