Chain Action is a Gunslinger passive that gives normal attacks a chance to fire twice.

Overview
Chain Action is the heart of the revolver and gatling playstyle. Besides doubling normal attacks, each proc opens a short window to fire Quick Draw Shot.

Mechanics
With a Revolver or Gatling Gun, each normal attack has a chance to hit twice instead of once. The chance is 5 × SkillLv % with a Revolver and 3 × SkillLv % with a Gatling Gun.

The double shot can be a critical hit, and Magical Bullet adds its bonus to both hits. Each proc opens a 1.5 second window in which Quick Draw Shot can be used against the same target.
