== Overview ==
Elemental Change (Water) is one of the four Sage Elemental Change spells. It rewrites a monster's natural element to Water for a long duration, letting you set up a target to be weak to the elements that Water is vulnerable to (such as Wind). It works only on monsters and deals no damage.

== Mechanics ==
The spell changes the target monster's defensive element to Water for the duration. It cannot be used on players, and it fails against status-immune monsters (such as boss-class enemies). The element change lasts 30 minutes.

== Notes ==
* Affects monsters only; status-immune (boss) monsters are immune.
* Elemental Change spells do not consume a catalyst. This version also has no SP cost in the current data (the other three cost 15 SP).
