== Overview ==
Talkie Box places a trap that shows a short message the Hunter has written when an enemy steps on it. It deals no damage and applies no status; it is a communication and flavor tool rather than a combat trap.

== Mechanics ==
On placement the Hunter is prompted for a line of text. The trap then sits on the ground for up to 10 minutes. When a player triggers it the stored message is shown. Monsters do not set off a Talkie Box, so it reacts only to players. Each cast consumes one Trap.

== Notes ==
Talkie Box is used for messages, jokes and signposting rather than combat. It can be cleared with [[Remove Trap]] or sprung by [[Spring Trap]]. It requires [[Skid Trap]] level 1 to learn.
